Home and Community Based Support for Families
Full Circle Family Solutions proudly serves counties in Central and East Central Indiana. We are dedicated to laying the groundwork for children's mental health and well-being. Our comprehensive approach focuses on enhancing the youth and family's level of functioning. We are a contracted provider for the Child Mental Health Wraparound program through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction. Our Child Mental Health Wraparound Services embodies the System of Care (SOC) philosophy, prioritizing the delivery of care to children with complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs in their natural environments such as their homes, and communities.
Habilitation Services
At Full Circle Family Solutions, our Habilitation Services are designed to support youth diagnosed with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED). We utilize evidence-based practices to empower youth in overcoming challenging behaviors and developing positive outcomes. Our goal is to enhance their level of functioning, improve their quality of life, and foster the utilization of coping skills and social skills. Through our Habilitation services, we focus on building the strengths, resilience, and positive outcomes of both the youth and their family. Our skilled providers work closely with youth to develop social, emotional, and decision-making skills that are essential for their growth and development. Interventions encompass various areas, including identifying feelings, managing anger and emotions, problem-solving, resisting negative peer pressure, and improving communication skills. By promoting positive coping skills and encouraging pro-social peer interactions, we strive to create a supportive environment where youth can have positive interactions with peers and adults alike. Through our collaborative approach, we aim to build strong foundations that promote the overall emotional, behavioral, and mental well-being of youth. Together, we can empower them to cultivate positive relationships and meaningful connections within their community.
Family Support and Training
At Full Circle Family Solutions, we recognize and value the crucial role caregivers play in promoting the well-being of youth. The Family Support and Training (FST) service is designed to empower caregivers, preserve the family unit, and cultivate an environment where they can thrive.
We understand that each family and caregiver has unique needs and circumstances. That's why our services are customized to meet their specific needs. Our aim is to provide education and resources that enhance caregiver's abilities, while also nurturing their confidence and self-assurance.We strive to create a nurturing and supportive environment that preserves the family unit and promotes the overall well-being of both caregivers and youth. We believe that by empowering caregivers and providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge, we can contribute to the positive growth and development of youth and strengthen family dynamics.
